My first visit for some Ever After wedding photography was for Victoria and Mike, and what a wedding day they had! In the hour long journey for me to get to Ever After I saw almost every weather condition possible, and that continued all day. Glorious sunshine followed by torrential rain! However, the day didn't feel interrupted at all.
Wedding Photographer at Ever After
Victoria got ready in the bridal suite at Ever After, while Mike and the groomsmen got prepped in nearby Tavistock. Eight guys in one hotel room can create quite a scene! When back with Victoria, I heard a familiar deep Welsh accent, and low and behold it was the same registrar who conducted my own wedding 5 years ago! So I knew from personal experience that the wedding ceremony would go smoothly in his safe hands! Great job, Rhys!
I said on the wedding day itself to some of the bridal party that I've seen a lot of wedding speeches in my time, and it's not too often that I get shocked at what's said, but this was an exception! After a heartfelt speech from the father of the bride, Mike had the guests in stitches of laughter providing some great reactions for me to photograph, quickly followed by some shots!
The dance floor was a great way to end the night, filled with some super moves, created by the sounds of DMX and House Of Pain! Congratulations Victoria and Mike on a fantastic wedding day!
