This is the lovely Kayley and Luke and their wedding at Prussia Cove in Cornwall. From the moment they enquired I knew it was going to be an amazing wedding. It was my first time as a wedding photographer at Prussia Cove, also known as Porth-en-Alls, and it did not disappoint. Situated on the west Cornwall coastline it was the perfect setting for their colourful wedding day.

I arrived early to get a scope of the venue, and captured some of the setting up for the ceremony and reception. Including arranging the decor along the Porth-en-Alls house and ice for the boat filled with drinks! After a quick game of 'Fives' to decide Groomsmen duties it was off to see Kayley and her bridesmaids at The Lodge.
It was a dream summer's day, perfect conditions for the ceremony in the walled garden. With hay bales for seats and bunting for decoration it was a ready for Kayley's arrival. It was a lovely ceremony, with readings from friends and a wonderfully celebrated exit along the aisle for one of my favourite shots of the day. The unexpected treat was a almost well timed sudden down pour making for an amazing double rainbow over the sea.
Guests enjoyed canapés, including some spicy oysters, with music and games in the garden before heading off to the marquee for food and speeches. We took a moment to head to a nearby beach for some portraits and saw in the night with friends collaborating on the DJ decks. Here's a sample of Kayley & Luke's amazing wedding at Prussia Cove...
Prussia Cove Wedding Venue
Prussia Cove is a perfect wedding venue for couples searching for a blank canvas to create their own wedding style along the beautiful Cornish coast. Not far from Penzance, it is a secluded venue that has on site accommodation for up to 33 people and hold up to 130 guests for the wedding day. The Porth en Alls house, and its walled garden, is a beautiful backdrop for the ceremony. With the reception along the far lawn holding the reception itself. Couples can choose their own suppliers, having complete control about how the day is styled and catered for.

Yes, I was so pleased to visit the amazing Prussia Cove last summer for the above wedding of Kayley and Luke. Half of my wedding season is crossing the Tamar into Cornwall. It's a beautiful wedding venue with so much to offer. It's a perfect combination of a wedding venue being based in one location with so much wonderful locations to grab some wedding portraits along the coast line.

How many photos do you deliver?
Are there any wedding suppliers you would recommend?
With no cap on the hours of coverage, perfect for when maybe the band is a little behind setting up for the first dance, the number of photos does vary. I set no limit on the number of photos edited, whatever I think matches my high standards I will deliver. For an all day Prussia Cove wedding I would estimate 650+ images.
