It's always a joy to head to mid Devon for some Huntsham Court wedding photography. I'm fortunate to have visited Huntsham Court a few times over the years for a variety of weddings, two of which are featured here. Huntsham Court is one of Devon's more popular wedding venues. It has a lot to offer couples and wedding photographers alike. It has two great ceremony choices, the outside option is featured here. For me it's the surrounding grounds that trumps a lot of wedding venues providing great space to enjoy time with guests and wedding photos. Working with a professional team, often lead by Laura or Natalie in my experience, the day runs smoothly and you always want to return for more!

How much is a wedding photographer at Huntsham Court?

I'm a big fan of not restricting your photography coverage to set hours, I love to photograph from prep to dancing. As a result I head home with lots of images to edit! An average wedding with 90-120 guests ends up providing 650-850 images in the wedding gallery.

In fact, I detest those additional charges some photographers sneak into the total price. The photo gallery is delivered direct to you and you control who sees it, I don't restrict downloads and you can share how you like.

What cameras do you use?

How long do you stay at Huntsham Court?

I use two Sony a9 cameras with a selection of prime lenses. These are silent cameras, you won't hear a click or beep all day. This for me is crucial in being discrete in how I capture photos and not interrupt those quiet moments. I have back ups for everything in my bag, just in case!

I provide unlimited coverage, meaning I can start with bridal prep and stay way past the first dance. If your ceremony is planned for midday or 3pm it won't affect the price you pay because simplicity and transparency is key for me. If things run late, fear not as I will stay until I feel the job is complete and your gallery reflects your entire day.

Huntsham Court is a beautiful country house in the middle of Devon. I had the joy of working with Clare and the superb Huntsham Team. It's an award winning venue with 40+ bedrooms available, so perfect for couples who want a private venue for exclusive hire to enjoy a whole wedding weekend! With a variety of ceremony options and wonderful surrounding gardens it has a lot to offer. This wedding that I photographed was in the autumn and had so much colour on display. The house is full of history, and offers a true escape to the countryside for visiting wedding guests.
