This was my first visit as a wedding photographer at Burrow Farm Gardens, and what a great wedding venue it is! As a Devon wedding photographer I am lucky to see all sorts of weddings, but what beats a marquee in beautiful surroundings like Burrow Farm Gardens!?
This is the wonderful wedding of Lucy & Chris, back in early summer when things had opened up again post lockdown and I was so excited to get back at it. As too were all the amazing wedding guests who were ready to get laughing and dancing again.
Wedding Photographer at Burrow Farm Gardens
My day started with Lucy and her bridesmaids at home, before moving onto the ceremony itself at Haldon Belvedere. The ceremony was lovely, but you're here for Burrow Farm, right!? This was the location for the wedding reception. With great music, fresh pizza, beer pong and a bouncy castle we were in for a fantastic night.
Everyone enjoyed some funny speeches from Lucy's dad and Chris, who himself later found an iced cream planted on his head. The normal kind of wedding activities, you know. It was a joyous wedding at Burrow Farm Gardens, a flashback to 2019 when weddings were last like this, and it was amazing.
Burrow Farm Wedding Venue
Located near Axminster in East Devon is the beautiful Burrow Farm Gardens. It's the perfect marquee wedding venue for couples who want complete control on how to style and plan their day. Made up of thirteen acres the gardens are a great location to hold a wedding reception with wonderful views of the surrounding countryside. Although not licensed for wedding ceremonies it can hold wedding blessings, and provide a great marquee space for receptions to dance the night away.
