Port Waterhouse Wedding Photography
Kirsten & Toby
This was my first visit as a Port Waterhouse wedding photographer, and what a day it was! Starting at the Salcombe marina and making our way across the water to Port Waterhouse was a great way to start the day! This is the amazing summer wedding of Kirsten & Toby at Port Waterhouse.
Wedding Photographer at Port Waterhouse
To give some context, this was my first 'full' wedding day since the easing of lockdown in 2021. This meant more than 30 guests and allowing a wedding reception to take place. I was bouncing to start the day, because like many Kirsten & Toby had to adjust their plans and delay everything by a year.
The sun was shining and a crowd of us made our way across the water. It was a fantastic ceremony, filled with so much emotion. After some drinks and laughs we made our was back across the water to a bespoke tipi marquee on some family land. It was so exciting to hear live music again and you can tell how much people missed getting together like this.
With the sun still shining we headed out for some wedding portraits and danced the night away. It was so much fun to see a packed dance floor again, a flashback to 2019!
