Breege & Calum

What a start to my 2025 wedding season this was! You honestly couldn't ask for a nicer pair to photograph, surrounded by a wonderful bunch of friends and family, it was a joy to get back in the swing of things. This was my second visit for some Ash Barton wedding photography, a true Spring wedding day that had laughter from morning to night.
I started my morning with Breege, and her aptly names Bride Huns, whilst popping around the estate to capture Calum's groom prep and fantastically decorated barns for the ceremony and reception. This included a great idea for table names. Each table was named after a country Breege & Calum have visited together, complimented by bottle of spirit from said country. Something I've never seen before, but will definitely recommend going forward!!
Ash Barton Estate Wedding Day
The ceremony was taking place in the Threshing Barn, a true rustic location with hay bales for guest seating. It was a lovely ceremony, which included some personal vows which always adds that special touch to a wedding day. Before we knew it was was time for drinks in the courtyard and family photos in the walled garden. The food was provided by the Bit Pot Kitchen, and the day ran so smoothly with the aid of the lovely Leilah from Unity Event Design. We moved on to the Old Chapel for the cake cutting, which included the two biggest Colin The Caterpillars I've ever seen!
We were off to Big Party Barn for the speeches, and yet another new experience for me with Breege's dad singing part of his speech, getting everyone on their feet and clapping along. This energy carried on to the famous Ash Barton Estate dance floor for a great first dance, a lovely end to an all round lovely wedding day. Here's a selection of their Ash Barton wedding photography...
