This summer I headed north to Wiltshire, to photograph the lovely wedding of Camilla and Magnus at Wellington Barn. We had a gem of a summer’s day, border line heat wave, and we were treated to some stunning evening light. We took a stroll in the nearby fields for some relaxed portraits. This is just a small selection from their Wellington Barn wedding photography, as a documentary wedding photographer the majority of the day is totally unposed capturing genuine moments with no interruption. Wellington Barn is a great venue, tucked away in the Wiltshire countryside with 360 degree views and organised and supportive staff. Advice for Wiltshire weddings
Wiltshire is one of those beautiful English counties with what seems like endless views and land to explore. Wellington Barn is a wedding venue that has beautiful grounds to explore, and even for couples who aren’t that comfortable in front of camera, I would advise on popping out for 5 minutes and spending some time together as a newly married couple. You’ll be surprised with the right wedding photographer how easy it can be to get some genuinely natural wedding portraits, something you might be thankful of in years to come.
